Remember all the tax bills the .com ers git hit with when they exercised options, made the profit, then lost the cash when the stocks cratered? It was a lesson they all won't forget. I believe wave had to loan some officers money to cover tax bills. When and if these employees exercise options, that would signal a true bottom in the share price. Pay the short term taxes on a quick option profit, exercising while we are still under $3.00, then take the Long Term Capital gains from 3 bucks to whatever we end up at.....Just a thought, if I saw an employee exercise an option, it would be bullish to me...CL.
