I think you overestimate the percentages of their ownership interests by an order og magnitude. You seem to be ignoring the difference between common shares actually held, on one hand, and common shares "subject to options presently exercisable or exercisable within 60 days," on the other.

On the basis of common shares actually held, the CEO currently owns less than 0.2% of the company.
