It's Pawson's strategy that is diabolic.
This company was @0.2 not so long ago...
Assets have been bought with shareholders money (read previous 10Qs).

Now that shareholders money does not worth much, he will simply buy a maximum of it's own shares, then he will own assets that really worth 7.5 M for 1/8 of it's price...
