I called the Resident Agent for UMCC (Business Filings Incorporated- (608) 827-5300) to see if they could assist in determining who requested the reinstatement filing.

I was referred to the Nevada Secretary of State (775) 684-5708. They are not able to reveal any information on either the Company or a contact person.

I'm very intrigued regarding the reinstatement filing.

IMO something is brewing.
