Energy Producers Inc (OTCBB : EGPI) filed an 8-K, stating that effective December 1, 2003, it and International Group Holdings Inc (OTC: IGHI) have entered into a definitive Agreement and Plan of Merger, pursuant to which Registrant will acquire one hundred percent of the common stock, assets and liabilities of IGH, including its wholly-owned subsidiary, International Yacht Sales Group, Ltd.
