OT: That is just one of the many problems. I don't agree with keeping the salaries low. There is a huge teacher shortage for a reason. Low salaries is only one of them but it sure doesn't help the teachers put up with the crap that they need to put up with.

Teachers thought they had it rough 30 yrs ago...lol they had it made when I was in grade school compared to today's youth. Discipline and raising your kids to respect others begins at home. Parents are never home anymore, this is one major reason for the messed up kids of today. Today's kids are raising themselves...and doing a lousy job!
