I found something on pcmech.com. It appears to be a registry problem. They mentioned http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Network-Tweak/WinSockFix.shtml
I have not looked at it. You could try a registry clean product or a PC tuneup product. Some are on http://www.pctools.com. They are rated very good.
