Jim - I believe that we would see a different story if we would allow teachers and schools to discipline the rule breakers, as they did in the not to distant past, without the threat of law suite or worry about parents taking the childs side no matter what evidence there may be against them. Society without rules will soon collapse. We seem to be getting closer. Just my opinion.

I wish there was an answer how to manage the violence we see in our country. Maybe it's time to bring back the guillotine?
