The O/S was less than 80 billion before the end of Jan 2004. I got that from a very reliable source. The real money would have been made during the symbol periods of CMKM and CMKI. The share price fell from the high of about $.03 all the way to the basement level of $.0001. I still have not received a cert for free shares that I had left from one Canadian brokerage. Those shares were purchased during the CMKM symbol period. There should be very few of these shares left since the vast majority would have been dumped during the 2004 pump.

I suspect that the terms have been mixed up, and what they should have stated is that shares were over issued.
