It is possible that the fox while loose in the henhouse could have over issued shares early on. After all in Frizzy's claim he states " that Edwards had control of the ledger" . I can believe it, since I've met Urbie in person and know a number of people who have done deals with him in the past. There's a lot of wind going through the tunnel.
