Frugal Investor, suppose it wouldn't hurt to ask if he is the same Robert S Lott whose past work experience includes: Guardian Investors, TEAM Inc., The Knowledge Market, and Northern California Nanotechnology Initiative. All mentioned in IBox.

Does he have current acquisition(s) in mind? Which European exchange for public offering?
" PLUG will seek to enter into acquisition agreements with up to three synergistic plugin businesses under which PLCI, at its discretion, would acquire such companies, contingent upon the successful completion of a public offering on a European exchange".
