I think so.
They are afraid somebody will go there and check.

Last time when they mentioned a new facility, pps went up
a lot. This time it did not. It is obvious that holders
do not believe it like last time.

Unless company gives out address, pps will not change much.

BTW, I can certainly call. But I have thick accent.
