Here's a possibility: perhaps the management isn't telling anybody the location of the plant because the last time they did so, in Nashua, NH, people like me went up and looked around. We then reported on what we saw--a big mostly empty building, no sign of life, no trace of tanks, reactors, plumbing. The management perhaps wants to avoid such an... inconvience, shall we say, this time round? JMHO.
