Some questions for Lott but may have more:

1. Will PLCI need 5 billion authorized shares?

Those shares were intended for Coin Wash Associates acquisitions. Coin Wash will be going to the Fuldas.

2. Why is Pluginz shown as Incorporated or LLC (Limited Liability Corp.) in different States?

I've seen CA, NV, and most recently FL (2.28.07).

3. Will 10KSB be filed on time?
