I can beleive that TA will not tell which direction the stock will go. Otherwise everyone will be rich.

What it can do is to tell what is the support or resistance points. If the stock is falling and you wait to buy at the best price, like me, TA will help to find the support level, where the stock will stop falling. TA will not tell me if the stock will go down through support or bounce up. That's what research and luck should do.
