...except creating four tubes or eight or 30 or 200 suffers from the same issue as creating one. Do they have a specific purpose lined up for any one of them?? So far it looks like they don't. They're just building tubes.

Of course building tubes goes a long way toward convincing investors. Investors say, "I don't know the reason they're building tubes but they wouldn't be building tubes unless there was a reason"...and Mr. Rivera gets their money.

Someone previously said that they wouldn't have gone this far as to build pyrolysis tubes to dupe investors but if Mr. Rivera sat in his warehouse with nothing and just told shareholders about his dreams, he wouldn't have been able to unload $25 million worth of shares on the investing public last quarter.

At some point investors are going to say, "I see you keep building tubes with our money to excite us further and you now have X tubes. Why aren't any of them producing anything??"

The math doesn't work on the process. Building more tubes is a Ponzi scheme except that instead of paying off the first shareholders, they're building more tubes. As long as building an extra tube can excite investors and bring in incrementally more money than it cost to build the tube, Mr. Rivera will keep building.
