Here's something I don't understand:

In March 2006, Loftwerks announced that it was doing a reverse merger with Consultech. Therefore, Consultech would be the surviving entity. In the relevant press release, Sulja Bros Building Supplies Ltd was described as a subsidiary of Consultech.

I can find no record of incorporation for Consultech in Ontario. Consultech was once incorporated in Michigan, but the incorporation was dissolved in July 2005:

So what's up with that? What, exactly, IS the Nevada company?
