Like it has been for years, its just a little local yard. It has been is buisness for what 20 years, making a living for the suljas and the staff. The demand in this area is not that great. What 20,000 people in all of Essex town? The yard might get busy if Petars Kore plans for condos and the such get going. But so far they have not drawn up plans to get the zoning changed on the property, so that is a ways down the road. Did the group who visited get the inventory sheets or sales from last year??
