So Tim Huff is gone, if there is bad blood between him and GTEM;
Tim could say OK here you go and sell all his shares and then were would our stock price be?

To me this will tell if GTEM will make it our not.
If the shares are worth something Tim will keep them, if not what would you do SELL thim.
