Great explaination Peter. These people seemed very disorganized. You can tell by their hastily written emails and statements that don't seem very well thought out: "Also I would like to warn everybody of this individual his name is Peter Fiorillo he is located in Florida and tries to take over companies."

I give you extra points for taking the time to set Mr. Matuch here in his place.
