And now you know the rest of the story! The restricted 5 million shares issued to Donnelly for Canada Drugs of Spring Hill (7/29/2004) and the 800K issued to Lab Pass (2/8/2005) will be not be re-issued after our uplisting. They are currently part of our 63M O/S and 38 million restricted. They realize that the clock is ticking and soon their shares won't exist. Full panic mode. The best they can do now is to try and disrupt our board and the current RXPC shareholders. Even I learned a few more details tonight but the overall picture was well supported. That's why we must all do massive DD as to not be surprised.
As for me, I'm still enjoying the show. Better than a movie anyday! LOL!!!
