A "Rolled-back" share will be one share, formerly 500 shares
after the R/S that has not yet occurred.

The Cancellation of the 25,000 new shares and the credit
of the rolled-back (pari passu) mentioned in this 8K is new
and I would bet that it has been or has to be approved by
Judge Marvin Isgur before it will be realized.
