the bankruptcy is complete and the company is no longer subject to the bankruptcy court's decisions
no judge has to approve this 'cure', lol
and also, although you have finally focused on the real issue here, which is the crediting of the accounts of the rolled back shareholders, some other posters here wish to make believe that it does not exist, but it does of course,
