yor statement "Each dollar (peso) that Carlos takes from "them"" makes less sense then his. who do you think or wish me to think "them" is, it comes from telco services. If you think there is no market out there, then you may be in for a huge surprise if "we" take customers from "him" and the JV becomes a billion dollar operation.
