My question of Rob's honesty here would be justified.

"I’m not aware of any bankruptcy in Germany." How could he NOT be aware of it when he was fully aware of the firing in October ?????

IMO - Rob was being purely dishonest.

Remember that overlypromotional and hype statements from individuals and companies are illegal. If you feel investors are being "rooked" contact the SEC.
