Poke, that's not a bad idea (soccer sheet), but don't forget your target consumers and early adopters. I would start off at the local university and educational centers, computer store flyers/posters, etc. When the professor in your neighborhood gets high speed internet, he tells his colleagues/students, his friend the judge, the judge gets it for his kids, etc. Word of mouth from early adopters who have the right contacts can be quite important in the early stages of an ad campaign. In this case, the target audience no doubt wants the product (high speed internet) and word of mouth could spread quickly.
