According to Lease Mart Capital Corp, the SEC already investigated this thing in APril of 06. If there is signficant shorting taking place, that's the markets problem to correct not the SECs.

Gloria Ma either owns this and has an interest or she doesn't and needs to state so either way.

A few panicy people can kill a run but this one has a lot farther to go IMO - Better than BHUB IMO.
