gfox, the SEC is very slow to move on pinks, and will often let the company work out its own problems, and the market execute its own justice. If the company LSMJ has done no wrong, and it looks that way, the SEC is not going to punish the company. SEC has known about the fake pr's for a long, long time and LSMJ is still trading. They will give the CEO a chance to work this out, as the market often punishes the wrongdoers itself. let's not spread any unbased fears. this thing is ready to get back to an appropriate MARKET CAP based on assets & O/S, etc.
