My guess about NMCH (edited)

And it is only a guess!

They will dilute NMCH shares with this type of split.

1/2 of the dilution will got to NMKT since they have an antidilution clause. 1/4 will go to the private placement with some warrants 1/4 will go to share holders as dividend. I have no idea what the exact split will be and what will be the percentage of dilution but they will accomplish their 3 goals with this kind of deal.

1. No dilution of NMKT and maintain at least 51% of NMCH
2. Distribution of dividends
3. Cash for NMCH to grow

This type of deal will be repeated fot all subs.

What does that mean for us?

I think it is good.
