WOW! That would be great.

AS still stands at 300MM
OS 185MM + 3MM whenever those are added
Around 10 to 15MM are restricted (from communication with Lutz)
Now, what we do not have is whether there are any new preferreds from deals made within the last two years, but the big drain with dilution was mostly from deals made over two years ago, I think most of us would agree.

This puppy may grow some legs within the next 6 months.

As far as dividends, NMKT China is not going to be the first divi. NMKT only owns 60%. This is the sub (at least one which they could offer divis of), of which there is the least ownership (%age-wise) by the parent NMKT - so wil NOT be the first divi. They have to be very careful in that if they were to do any other deals that would distribute some of the shares in NMKT China to raise capital, they have to stay above that 51% ownership, so they are not likely to distribute shares to shareholders, thus biting into that percentage.

Most likely, the first divi will come from VOIP, or maybe DMOI.

The parent company has 90% ownership of PGNF, but they also had an agreement that they would not convert for at least a year (agreement made in Feb, 2007 - so that makes it past Feb 2008 before those shares can be used for a divi as best as I understand it).

Hope this helps a little.
