Read the PDF they want pps over a buck.Float will be a miniscule 700k after.I like it.This could work VERY well.Once valuations are considered for pps and eps with the tight share struct as it is this could work out VERY well imo.If one reads annual report and current assets this is good real good move to get out of manipulative pennyland!Opens the door for bigger players that wont touch pennystocks as well as possible forward split sitaution following.Lemme dig furthur jus got home.DF
