ValCom is just part of the big shell game, in my opinion.
But there is a bright spot - the ValCom guys showed their faces at another facility I work at looking to sublet the facility when it is available. Moving the shells around again it would seem. Luckily, the company holding the lease knows exactly who they are dealing with.
As for Fan and this merger scam - I would LOVE to see QTN renew its incorporation while it has failed to issue W2 forms to employees, has a two million dollar lawsuit pending for not paying employees and, quite possibly, failed to submit its payroll tax withholdings. Fan forgot to mention all that in the press release, did he? Hmmmm....
I seriously hope the SEC/FBI/IRS are "dotting the i's and crossing the t's" in order to toss this whole group into jail and end this nightmare.
Hopefully nobody is still expecting Fan to save the day here, he's a lying, scumbag POS like the rest of them. My guess is, his role in this was cast specifically for his ability to flee the country (which he has and don't let any whining from any of his supporters tell you otherwise). Motive? Well, according to the Frontiers article, there seems to be $70,000,000-100,000,000 unaccounted for. A slice would be worth the trouble, would it not?
