well...it does seem like the SEC takes about 18-24 months to get their stuff together enough to file charges, so, who the hell knows. You report was SOO detailed, they've probably got one little war-room with a dozen white-boards and flow charts and sticky notes all over the place just trying to put the peices together :)

......and yet...Valcom still exists in Q's old space with lots of familiar names...
