If that's the case then what you are saying is every single allegation and supporting exhibits (and they are there in black and white) concerning the fraudelent nature from BOTH sides of the internafta deal are pure bogus ?

I don't think so dude. You hype the new mexican deal but you have to remember that it's yet to become a reality past a pr. We've not seen anything yet that suggests otherwise.

Grupo IUSA/VPN has never once mentioned globetel in any JV endeavor nor have they ever listed them as partners or any endeavor. As a matter of fact, they've never once mentioned globetel period. There are FACTS in the litigation that list many touted JV's by Huff and not a single one of them produced any amount of money, in fact the norm was "been put on hold pending..." or "we will not be moving forward with this deal" or "no transactions have occurred" and that's on every single one of Huffy's deals ALL OF THEM and that's from the 10q's bud not from some ticked off shareholder or former shareholder.

I've also posted on this very board two lies from Huff to the shareholders in black and white and in his own words. So don't sit there and state that Huff doesn't lie to his shareholders. Huff did lie to his shareholders.
