Larry and Blue...re Amazon vs Wave...I understand the differences...however...the only point I was making had to do with the principle of breakeven. The entire point was that Wave WOULD be generating revenues in 2004...however...breakeven point may be pushed back into 2005/2006. The explanation to this is related to increasing the burn rate/ quarter in order to expand the scope of the business opportunities...in other words...to carve out as large of the real estate as quickly as they can to ensure dominance. This is similar to what Amazon experienced...they spent a great deal in order to secure their position in the market place. This entire position is predicated upon the theory that Wave will in fact be generating significant revenues in 2004.
