I keep seeing these fractional trades, buys at 2.896. That is why bids are not being hit. Someone is bidding .006 above the market grabbing all the shares sold putting themselves ahead of other orders. That's one way of buying as much as you can without pushing the market up...Can't wait till they have enough want it to rally....CL
