Wild speculation on my part. Coin Wash Associates is currently registered to M Dewey Bain and the registered address is identical to Univercell Holdings CEO Sean Fulda in Miami, FL.

Current 8-K shows Coin Wash going to Sean Fulda and preferred shares being cancelled.

Was it Mr. Bain's plan from the start to hand over the subsidiary to Sean?
Will Mr. Bain be working for Sean in the near future?
8-K has Mr. Bain being only a co-chairman for PLKC/PLCI.
