Since he doesn't have any more "biofuel" than he bought at the local Exxon, this would pose something of a logistical and economic challenge for him. Much better to instead say that he is saving his virginity for a 1 gigawatt power plant that will be built at some uncertain point in the future.
Ask yourself: who else who is producing gasoline is burning it to produce electricity? Do we normally use transportation fuels for electricity or for transportation?
