Focusing on the power generation market is a "good move" because it affords JR numerous excuses he can offer while he fails to produce any product. You see, if he said he could use the "biofuel" in place of biodiesel, then you could just drive down there on April 24 and ask him to fuel up your rental car for the drive back to the airport.

Since he doesn't have any more "biofuel" than he bought at the local Exxon, this would pose something of a logistical and economic challenge for him. Much better to instead say that he is saving his virginity for a 1 gigawatt power plant that will be built at some uncertain point in the future.

Ask yourself: who else who is producing gasoline is burning it to produce electricity? Do we normally use transportation fuels for electricity or for transportation?
