I agree, he got douped, no more or less. maybe SEC is not smart enough to go after real fraud in the market, or mybe they are influenced by someone to tailgun, dont know. I wonder, are they after a company that has offended AMEX who have friends in SEC. Why are they still after Globetel, I think SEC actions are what is hurting the shareholders more than anything else.
