That's right, so in essence what you have is globetel somehow funding 49% of "No Mas" with capital and NoMas turns around and buys it's equipment from globetel at cost plus an undisclosed percentage hike.

Remember that overlypromotional and hype statements from individuals and companies are illegal. If you feel investors are being "rooked" contact the SEC.
