For those who cannot comprehend: GTEM has fully funded the JV. VPN de Mexico is paying GTEM cost PLUS for the Hotzone technology. As Nerd has noted time and again, GTEM is paying the vendors it needs now, probably stretching out payments, and not paying vendors it does not need, until the cash flow situation improves. With the new Mexican JV, that will be in the next 6 months.
