I didn't know about it until today and I can't post the document here, it's an image. If I could I'd be happy to do it. I thought my post was pretty clear that I came across it today while trying to dig a little deeper into the pembroke pine's lawsuit.

Remember that overlypromotional and hype statements from individuals and companies are illegal. If you feel investors are being "rooked" contact the SEC.
