I am saying that the effect on Globetel's value will be reflected in "investments" on the balance sheet, and if the investment value is carried at cost, no it will not. If carried on the books at fair market value, the effect will be that. If the fair market value is greater than the cost, whopee; if less, that's the way it is. Globetel cannot impute to itself earnings of a minority interest in a foreign operation.
