We are not listed on any regulated stock exchange. Pink Sheet companies are not required to file public reports, unless they choose to do so. The info you posted about the criteria to be exempt to report pertains to companies listed to a regulated exchange. Typically, companies are on the Pink Sheets because THEY DO NOT WISH TO MAKE THEIR BUDGETS AND ACCOUNTING STATEMENTS PUBLIC among other reasons. I do believe they are required to report Qs for time frame with AMEX until delisting.
