If you were their auditor would you sign their 10k?
Now we have a stunning answer:
The Registrant is unable to file, without unreasonable effort and expense,
its Form 10-KSB Annual Report for the period ended December 31, 2006 because
its audited financial statements for that period have not been completed
and its Auditor, Larry Scharfman, has resigned as the Company's auditor. The
Company has not yet been able to engage an Auditor to replace Larry
Scharfman.
Oh the statements will be late all right...VERY late. They haven't been completed yet and they don't have an auditor.
