A respectable TA will give out the a/s and the o/s, and will tell us if there is something pending in the wings. Most will at least give the daily o/s count. More and more of these little TA firms are popping up like you said, that will not release any info. Call the company they say!. There should be no need to call the company, in particular if they are the ones suspect.

Doesn't mean that this company can't run. I haven't seen enough shares to trade that would indicate there is selling.

I believe the share count is still under 2mn and ST is stating a little more than 1/2mn. 597 thousand is what their records indicate.

Nothing gets me going more than when a TA tells me to call the company.
