Many years ago I invested in a penny stock company that ended up being a 700 bagger for me. My largest % gain ever. Since then I have followed the company out of sentiment and admittedly looking for another possible large gain. All I have seen since is massive dilution and several reverse splits. As bad as all that sounds, they have never gagged the TA nor changed to a TA that is self gagging. Knowing things like that makes it look bad for companies like this. Looks may be deceiving, but the red flags are up for potential investors looking here.
