Islands and up North:
Christy & friends fished the six pac "Tonnage" on Thursday at San Clemente Island and found the big Yellowtail biting, the four of them managed to catch 7 Yellowtail to 22 lbs., with many more lost. Santa Barbara was kicking out some of the huge homeguard Yellowtail, which were biting on the tide change, before the weather kicked up. Catalina had also been recently productive at China Point and the V's for Yellowtail, but no boats could get out this weekend to see if they are still around. You can probably say goodbye to the Striped Marlin off the East End of Catalina which were still being caught last weekend, but few reports since.
He who loses to another does not get the satisfaction of losing to me !!!!!
