Loop, I have enjoyed reading your comments which seem knowledgeable and well reasoned. Could you offer an opinion regarding any advantage to Nokia to settle before waiting for the final arbitration decision? It seems that they tried to intervene by their requests of the court and failed. Do you think that they will let arbitration play out hoping to get a reduced claim or would they be better off negotiating? Does IDCC have any leverage to induce them to settle? Thank you .
