Is this not the way business is done. If I know something to get a better deal, why should I have to tell you what I know. What good are any "trade secret's" if you can force a company to turn everything over by a judges order? Why do anything on your on if you can get anything you want by court order? IMO this is what NOK is saying. What good is a sign contract, if you don't like something after a year or so, you can go to court and have it change. I know "my word is my bond" went out of style in the 60's, but I guess a name on a sign contract is no good anymore.
